Welcome Johan! Johan joins our lab as a Master student working with the optomechanics project. Enjoy working with us!

We welcome Gerard, David and Achintya as new team members in our lab. Gerard joins as a PostDoc and he will spend part of his PostDoc with us and part with the Aspelmeyer group in Vienna, Austria. Achintya will do his PhD with us. Both, Gerard and Achintya, will bring the magnetic levitation experiment forward! David is our first Amanuens student in the lab and will give his helping hand to the optomechanics experiment.

Congrats to Josh and the team! Our work on criteria for observing single photon emission in 2d materials has been published. This is the first work from our joint EI Nano project. Let us continue like that.
